Clients say it feels like stepping into a confessional or the apartment of a cool, pink-haired older sister — always a cup of hot tea ready, a good record playing, and yummy Japanese candies within reach.
The Lounge is an inclusive, safe space that’s calm, colorful, and never rushed. Extra time is always built in so no one ever feels like a number.
